Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Qrcut service, as well as the rights, obligations, and limitations of liability applicable to users and the service owner. By accessing the service, registering, authenticating, or otherwise continuing to use its functionality, the user confirms that they have reviewed these Terms, understand their contents, and accept them in full to the extent such acceptance is permitted and required by applicable law.
If the user does not agree to any provision of these Terms, the user must refrain from using the service. Certain features, sections, or capabilities of the service may be subject to additional rules, notices, feature descriptions, or other documents, which shall apply to the extent they do not conflict with these Terms.
1. Scope
Qrcut provides a software service designed to support the organization and management of electronic queues, order processing, user interactions, and the use of QR codes within the limits of the available functionality.
The service is provided in the scope, configuration, and composition reflected in the current version of the product at the time of use and shall not be construed as an obligation to provide any specific feature, integration, technical characteristic, or level of availability unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. Accounts, Registration, and Access
In order to use certain features of the service, the user may be required to create an account, complete registration, confirm contact details, or take other steps necessary to identify the user within the service.
The user agrees to:
- provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information;
- keep the data provided during registration and subsequent use of the service up to date;
- maintain the confidentiality of credentials, access methods, and other identifiers used to access the service;
- promptly report any loss of control over the account, suspected unauthorized access, or any other circumstances that may affect the security of the user's use of the service.
The user bears sole responsibility for any actions taken through the user's account, unless applicable law or our internal verification procedures expressly provide otherwise.
3. Acceptable Use
The user agrees to use the service in good faith, reasonably, for its intended purpose, in compliance with these Terms and applicable law, and without infringing the rights or legitimate interests of third parties.
The following is prohibited:
- using the service for unlawful activity, to circumvent mandatory legal requirements, or to facilitate such activity;
- using the service to send spam, intrusive messages, fraudulent notifications, or other unwanted mass communications;
- taking any action intended to disrupt the operation of the service, bypass access restrictions, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with data processing, introduce malicious code, carry out injection attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in similar conduct;
- using automated means to collect, parse, copy, or systematically extract data without prior approval, unless such use is expressly permitted by the functionality of the service;
- impersonating another person, misrepresenting the source of data, using false information, or otherwise misleading the service operator, other users, or third parties;
- using the service in a manner that creates an excessive, atypical, or unreasonable load on infrastructure, communication channels, or related service processes.
4. Rights of the Service Operator
For the purposes of ensuring security, stable operation of the service, protection of third-party rights, compliance with law, and prevention of abuse, the service operator may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law:
- restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's access to the service in whole or in part;
- request additional confirmation of information, actions, or the user's authority to act;
- temporarily limit certain functions for the purposes of maintenance, updates, diagnostics, incident prevention, or remediation of failures;
- delete, hide, reject, or restrict access to the user's data, materials, or actions where there are reasonable grounds to believe that they violate these Terms, the law, or the rights of third parties.
The exercise of these measures shall not be construed as the assumption by the service operator of any obligation to continuously monitor all user activity or as a guarantee that all violations will be detected or prevented.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will meet the user's expectations, operate without interruption, error, delay, failure, incompatibility, data loss, or other deviation, or that any identified deficiencies will be remedied within any particular timeframe.
Any information, feature descriptions, usage examples, reference materials, notices, and other content posted within the service or provided in connection with its use is for general informational purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise, and does not constitute an independent warranty, representation, or undertaking.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner of the service, its affiliates, representatives, employees, contractors, and other related persons shall not be liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, loss of business reputation, business interruption, or any other adverse consequences arising in connection with the use of, inability to use, restriction of access to, temporary unavailability of, or modification of the service functionality.
The foregoing limitation applies regardless of whether the relevant claim is based on contract, tort, statute, principles of good faith, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether such consequences were foreseeable.
Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability in full, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may at any time amend, supplement, clarify, or otherwise revise these Terms in connection with the development of the service, changes in business processes, changes in legal regulation, elimination of textual ambiguities, or for other reasonable grounds.
The updated version of the Terms takes effect upon publication or on such other date as may be expressly specified in the relevant notice. Continued use of the service after such changes take effect may be treated as confirmation that the user has reviewed and accepted the updated version, unless applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
8. Termination of Access
The user's access to the service may be suspended, restricted, or terminated on a temporary or permanent basis in the event of a breach of these Terms, indications of abuse, legal requirements, technical necessity, security threats, or in other circumstances where continued access may create unreasonable risks for the service, other users, or third parties.
Termination or restriction of access does not release the user from obligations arising prior to such termination and does not prevent the application of other measures provided for by applicable law or these Terms.
9. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unenforceable, or partially applicable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain legally binding to the fullest extent permitted.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain meaning, their regulatory purpose, and applicable law. Any failure by the service operator to act in response to a user's breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the right to rely on such breach in the future and shall not be treated as a waiver of any related rights or remedies.
